By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted all provisions of this policy.

We offer a 30-day return and exchange service for all orders.

Within 30 days of receiving your product, you may request a return or exchange if you are not satisfied with the item.

3. Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition, including:

Unused and unwashed

Packaging intact

All accessories included

No intentional damage

If an item is seriously damaged or cannot be resold, the return may be refused.

4. Return Procedure

To request a return, please contact our customer service and provide your order number and any required information.

We will then send you the return address and return instructions.

Once the item is returned and verified, we will process the refund.

5. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item, we will process the exchange after we receive and verify the returned product.

Exchange processing requires 1–3 business days.

If the requested exchange item is temporarily out of stock, we will offer an alternative solution such as a refund or a replacement product.

6. Coverage of Fees

All costs related to returns and exchanges are fully covered by us, including:

Reshipping fees for an exchange

No fees will be charged to the customer.

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 1–5 days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard).
