Shipping policy

1. Scope of Application

This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on Craftandline and delivered within the United States.

We currently only support delivery within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Fees

For any order with a total amount equal to or greater than $160 (including $160), shipping is free.

For any order with a total amount below $160 , a flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods, promotions, or force majeure events (such as strikes or extreme weather), processing times may be extended.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, parcels are generally delivered within an estimated 3 to 5 business days.

These timeframes are provided for reference only and do not constitute a guarantee of exact delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, address accuracy, local distribution efficiency, and public holidays.

5. Carriers

We work with reliable international carriers, including: FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.

The carrier will be selected automatically based on the weight, size of the parcel, destination, and real-time logistics conditions.

6. Shipping Area

Delivery is available within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain remote or hard-to-access areas may result in additional delays or an inability to deliver.

In case of a delivery issue, we will contact the customer to propose a solution.

7. Order Tracking

After shipment, you can track your order:

1. By checking the shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.

2. Via the "Order Tracking" feature available in the website footer.

If tracking information is not updated for an extended period, please contact our customer service.

8. Failed Delivery and Address Issues

Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. The following may cause delivery failure:

Incorrect or incomplete address, inability to reach the recipient, refusal to accept delivery, or carrier access issues.

Additional costs arising from these situations may be charged to the customer.

9. Tax Information

All applicable fees and taxes are already included in the displayed product price.

The customer does not need to pay additional customs duties, import-related charges, or other extra taxes after placing an order.

If an exceptional situation requires additional fees, we will inform the customer in advance.

10. Parcel Delays, Loss, or Damage

In the event of delays due to force majeure, carrier disruptions, or peak logistics periods, we cannot be held responsible, but we will assist with the necessary checks.

If your parcel arrives damaged, items are missing, or the parcel is suspected lost, please keep all packaging and products, take clear photos, and contact our customer service promptly with your order number.

After verification, we will offer a reshipment or an appropriate solution.
